Humanity...
There are moments that restore faith in humanity, I had one of those today. It was a simple moment but one that brought a wide smile to my face as I said outloud "thank goodness for some nice people in the world". I was distracted whilst driving. I had rolled backwards on a hill waiting in traffic (whilst holding a conversation with my daughter, listening to music and rummaging for my mobile phone). I heard the bump and my heart sank. I was in a hurry, had a million things I needed to do and so got out, prepared for the worst. I apologised profusely as I surveyed the damage...but there wasn't any, only a scratch on a number plate and bumper and the lovely man whose car I had rolled in to simply said not to worry, put a hand on my arm and smiled. I thanked him and apologised once more and we went on our way. So thank you Mr humanity :)
